After successful completion of the Course graduands can join the industry (Pastry Shops, Bakeries, Hotels, Restaurants, Lodges, Outside Catering Companies) and work their way up the ranks as follows :

  • Assistant Pastry Cook / Baker Pastry Cook.
  • Senior Pastry / Bakery Cook.
  • Pastry Chef / Head Baker. (Section Head )
  • Head Of Production (Bakery / Pastry)
  • Bakery / Pastry Manager.

Other  Career Paths.

  • Trainer / Instructor ( after good industrial Exposure)
  • Pastry Bakery Shop Owner.
  •  Senior Position in the Bakery Industry.

 

Culinary Arts

After successful completion of the Chefs Course graudands can join the industry (Hotels, Restaurants, Lodges, Outside Catering Companies) and work their way up the rank as follows:

  • Assistant Cook 
  • Chef
  • Senior Chef
  • Chef de Partie (Section Head)
  • Sous Chef (Assistant to Executive Chef)
  • Head Chef (Small & Medium establishments)
  • Executive Chef (Large Establishments.)
  • Senior Executive Chef
