Professional Chef Course - Fees Structure

The 2 year course is structured as follows:

Scheme 1 (Modular)

Module 1 - Kshs. 150,000/=

Module 2 - Kshs. 150,000/=

Module 3 - Kshs. 150,000/=

Module 4 - Kshs. 150,000/=

Scheme 2 (Quarterly)

Deposit - Kshs. 25,000/=

Each Quarter - Kshs. 75,000/=

First Quarter due on or before 2nd April 2012

Final Examination Fee subject to be reviewed at a later communication.

GENERAL INFORMATION

At the start of the course, every student must bring the following:-

2 Pairs Chef's trousers

2 Pairs Chef's jackets (ideally 3)

2 Pairs Neckties - white plain

2 Pairs Aprons - white (ideally)

2 Torchons (Heat cloth)

1 Pair of Black Heavy Duty Shoes

One small padlock for personal locker
