All lessons will be conducted by well qualified Lecturers, under
the direct supervision of Swiss executive chef, Mr. Felix Huwyler. Felix Huwyler is the founder of the Institute and
has worked in East Africa, as an executive chef, for 25 years.
He was a senior lecturer at Kenya Utalii
College and the Swiss Hotel School in Lausanne, Switzerland and has gained wide experience of high class
establishments in St.Moritz, Arosa , Zurich , London, Canada and Singapore.
He is a Director of the Lord
