Bakery / Pastry Course - Fees Structure
Scheme 1 (Modular) Module 1 - Kshs. 88,000/= Module 3 - Kshs. 88,000/= Module 5 - Kshs. 88,000/=
Scheme 2 (Quarterly) Deposit - Kshs. 22,000/= Each quarter - Kshs. 66,000/= (x4) First Quarter due on or before 2nd July 2012
Final Examination Fee subject to be reviewed at a later communication.
General Information At the start of the course every student must bring along the following - 2 pairs Chef's trousers - 2 pairs Chef's jackets (ideally 3) - 2 pairs Neckties, white plain - 2 pairs Aprons, white (ideally 3) - 2 Torchons (Heat cloth) - 1 Pair of Black Heavy Duty Shoes - One small padlock for personal locker Exact uniform specification should be obtained from the Institute.
